1. Email info@agiyo.in with the subject “Return Request – [Order ID]” and a brief explanation.
2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions, including the return address.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it using a trackable courier service.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
● Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item passes inspection
● Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
● Exchanges are processed based on stock availability.
5. Return Shipping Costs
